Larry is extremely disrespectful and was very racist towards my husband. It’s 2022 you really need to get employees with a better attitude and views. I will never cash money or send money through this company again.

I usually hold this staff in high regard, but not today. I called one the customer service rep to inform them that my flight got canceled and to let them know that in Youngstown, Ohio doesn’t have that many flights to Orlando, I proceed to give all my information and everything was set. I get a message with someone laughing saying that my account was due and it’s Amscot rep. I called Amscot and the young lady hung up. I called again and it was a young man and I try to explain the situation to him, but it seem to be a joke to him repeating the question in a condescending way. People that have access to sensitive information like social and account numbers should be as professional as bank employees. I have Call Recorder on my phone and thinking about sending the audio clips to the corporate office, I don’t know.

Oh dear Amscot. I can honestly say that I loath having to come into your locations. I firmly believe in my heart that you seek the rudest, most condescending people you can hire. Today I have had the displeasure of dealing with "REBECCA". Now, I've dealt with some real works of art but "REBECCA" has taken the cake. She was brute and seemingly ignorant from the moment she decided to be the one to attend you. The store was not at all busy and there was no line out of the door. No reason to merit such aggression. I am truly hoping that these comments and reviews make it to a place that can do something about it. It takes a smile and a friendly nature to live a good life. Is there any way of cutting the 1 star in half??

I postponed my cash advance two weeks and two days later the money was withdrawn from my account. When I called and asked if it wasn't put in the system, the mans only response was I guess not as if it wasn't a problem that I was overdrawn now in my bank account because of them. Absolutely no help. I'd rather borrow money from family than go with their option which was to take out another cash advance to cover their mess up. My account is now overdrawn and I'm more pissed off than I was before I called .
