They refused to cash my check because I had clicked Mobile deposit on the back of my check and they couldn't even verify if that was true or not and I told him I promised I was trying to do mobile but I never did it they're freaking money store can't they check if a cash is checked or not.
I don't like the fact that they could assume you actually did mobile and cash a check when they don't even verify that which I never cashed this check so now I'm moneyless until the next day because my bank is actually closed hence the convenience of amscot. It's ridiculous to me how she had an attitude with me when I showed her my bank account and it's a negative balance and there should be a way to prove if a check is cashed or not I mean you are a money store after all!! People change their minds I was trying to do a mobile check by change my mind because that takes a few days hence why I came here
So the woman who looked Hispanic was very rude to me like just her attitude like you're working customer service please change it

Wanda and Roxana are very nice assistant leader/leader. Any time the I went to 131 Goldenrod they served me with pleasure.

This store is the worst everytime I go it’s a problem there either rude or they act like you don’t exsist. Today I came in and waited 20 min before I had to say something. There was 3 workers and not one could welcome me or ask me to wait . I had to correct them today because they proceeded someone that came after and all they told me was that they were just answering questions but still was proceeding with That same customer and her issue. After that they got to me and didn’t want to fix my issue I was told I couldn’t get an amscot card because I had to call and I corrected them because it wasn’t my first time getting a card so than she gave attitude and was like well it’s gonna be 9.95 which i already knew but was told in a rudly manner. I do not recommend this amscot and hopefully they can get corporate involved.

Employees here are very rude and unprofessional. Not all but the majority. Customer Service is everything!! I really advise the owners to really keep an eye out and notice where and who’s the problem. One bad apple ruins the rest. You going to lose business like this.
