Cash America Pawn, Palm Bay, FL

Manager here is very rude and likes to belittles potentional customers. I brought in two tools to try to pawn and the lady said I needed the charger. I came back in a few minutes later to ask how much they could give me once I brought the charger back in so I could decide whether I wanted to come back or not. He interrupted me in the middle of me asking saying "do you have the charger" I told him not yet that I just wanted an estimate on how much I could get once I brought the charger in. He rudely asked me if I wanted to pawn or sell...I said pawn. Then he asked me how much I needed. I told him I wasn't sure and he rudely answers back "well you're trying to get a loan, you should know how much you need!" I told him I just needed some things at the store and wasn't sure on how much I would need but I threw out a number "140" and he laughed in my face and said "wow congratulations, good luck getting that " as he offered me 75 dollars for two name brand tools. Even with the $15 more offered here than the other pawnshop, I will never stop by here again.

My husband went inside and was quotes 139 for our laptop. We finally decided to take the offer and come to them. Keep in mind we hadn't opened up the laptop since we last took it to them and when we did it was to check to see if it was working. I even double checked it just before I drove to the store. When I had gotten there I was assisted by Josephine. Josephine had looked at the laptop and showed me the laptop was pixilated (when bear in mind her hands where on the screen and twisted) and so I went to my car to start it up and it started up perfect picture. I mean I get you all cannot give alot but don't try to sabotage my property when you dont wanna take stuff. Taking my laptop and business elsewhere.

I don't normally write reviews. But I always give credit when credit is due. I was very impressed with the service I received by the Store Manager of this pawn shop. He took very good care of me with my loan and made me feel comfortable about the entire transaction. I'm not big on pawning items but he explained the entire process to me and made me feel at ease. Thank you Mr Ruben, you have gained a long term customer!

The staff is extremely friendly and everyone always has a big smile and welcomes each and every person every time someone walks through the doors! Now thats hospitality that a lot of business’s lack these days! But not AMERICAN Pawn! SHOUT OUT TO MR.RUBEN! They go above and beyond to always please the customer. Not to mention, they’re always doing their best to get you what you want for the price you want!! Go take a look and see for yourself!

Worst value pawn ever! I never had a problem with anything that I’ve pawned at any other location besides this one. Manager was very rude with his service. The associate helping me initially was a gentleman. Once the manager came out he wasn’t even trying to see what he can do just flat out said no to a pawn where the diamond earrings were worth more then 2000$ and denied a 200$ pawn smh get bent dude…

Went in today and asked about selling my earrings he told me that diamonds have no monetary value and he could only give me the price of the gold on the earrings. I said so you are telling me I can walk over to your case and get 2 carat diamond earrings for $60 because that is what you wanted to give me for the gold . These people are idiots . I can promise you they are not selling 2ct earrings for just the price of their gold 😂. The lies they tell people is sad
