I was so fortunate to be assisted with my banking by Kenesia Milton! She is so knowledgeable. She opened a new account for me in minutes, answered all my questions about banking products available and remembers me each time I go into the bank. She has made changing banks from another town so easy. She is truly an angel.

Not engaging or very friendly any time that we have visited. The gal that helped us today, her name starts with a “K” doesn’t even bother to ask how you are or if there is anything else that she can do for you. Never smiling, or welcoming. Really needs some friendly customer service training. Made assumptions about our transaction. Was hoping that this was a friendly small town bank, but not impressed so far.

On their mortgage loan form that you sign at the end, there is a "demand clause" that states they can recall the loan and demand full repayment "for any reason". Doesn't matter if you are in full compliance with all the terms. It's among over 40 pages of the final paperwork, so you may not even see it. I walked away.
