Best group of guys and ladies behind desk. Have been Wonderful to me. Manager is Best too. The Y branch is the only place I do my business. I consider them friends and trust them with my banking needs.

Save yourself the trouble and bank elsewhere. We moved to the area and tried to find a smaller bank to bank with that was not a credit union. Opened the account online, only had the option to open with 1 account holder. Didn’t think it would be next to impossible to eventually add the other party due to exclusive hours they’re open. Not realistic for a working person. Not to mention it took almost a month before we even got the account number. We were never even notified that the account was fully open. Got a debit card before even getting an account number. Because it took so long to open the account/get an account number we weren’t able to set up direct deposit to waive the monthly fee we started getting charged monthly fees. We decided we were going to just close the account but they even make that next to impossible. Tried to close the account online was told to go into the branch. The branch doesn’t have hours that are conducive to a working person. No one has returned our calls. It’s been a nightmare and we’re still getting charged fees. Basically they’re stealing from us. Just don’t bother with them.

Terrible customer service and absolutely
No hep. Won’t cash a simple check even with 2 forms of ID. I see why they have a 3.4 rating. Save yourself the hassle!

Never ever bank with Trustmark. Trustmark bank is just as horrible of a bank as Regions is. Credit union is the way to go
