Horrible experience and waste of time, customer service was horrible, go somewhere else and avoid the hassle. I was already approved and than they started asking me for more and more documents , every time I called it was something new that they needed, even though I had been a loyal customer for about 3 years now. Never again. I felt humiliated and disrespected.

BEWARE.. Predatory Lenders!!! Got approved for an auto loan and after giving them all documents and having my insurance company put them on my policy they tried to get me to pay 4% MORE INTEREST than they had quoted because I wasn't buying a life or disability policy from them. Reporting them to the Florida Department of Financial Services and Florida Consumer Advocate Office.

Deceiving tactics. Filled out application on line and was approved for $5000 unsecured $10,000 secured. Called in spoke to a very nice man named Sheldon and finalized everything. Called back a week later and spoke to a rude and dismissive person named Drew. Says he doesn’t have any loan options anymore. Complete waste of time and caused my score to drop.

This is a horrible establishment! Shady tactics all the way! They didn’t do anything to help people during the pandemic to keep loans current and then when wanting to resolve and bring current, they are rude and have no compassion to explain what’s needed! I was on time with all my payments prior to the pandemic, it hit my family really hard and we fell behind. Now that we would like to resolve and see what are options are the employees are untrained and show no willingness to help! It’s almost as if they don’t know what the process is other than just bring the loan current! The problem is I have collateral, and just wanted one of their agents to explain the process with the collateral. I spoke with a supervisor Terry in corporate who was extremely rude and and condescending, she also had no knowledge to provide. She said she was the only supervisor I could speak with. I called back and spoke with Amanda who use to work in the repo department and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable! She actually explained my options to me! Unfortunately I still have to get legal assistance because it seems as if they are double dipping with trying to recoup their money and they can’t have both. I’m submitting a complaint with the OFR and the attorney general along with the consumer protection agency. I was lead to believe by this supervisor Terry that she was the only person I could speak with, and she was unwilling to provide assistance. She also would not provide me her agent ID. I wish I would have spoke with Amanda first! She knew what the next steps were! She was the only agent who actually could answer my questions and show empathy! Hopefully all their calls are actually recorded! This company is very shady!

Had previous loan with One Main with no problem. This time was frustrating as the branch doesn’t seem well-versed on Finicity or how to verify income. Poor communication and too much time going back and forth with no results. Won’t bother with them again.

It took forever to get a person to contact me . I tried the local office in St.Petersburg Fl. with no luck , why have a branch if no one helps you. After a few calls I was FINALLY able to get someone to help me from the national number which was in a differant time zone.
