The friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at a bank! Everyone is so helpful and they make sure you’re 100% taken care of. I’m so happy I switched to Fifth Third! I will drive whatever distance to come to this location every time :)

First time ever visiting a fifth third bank and I was honestly impressed, didn’t have to wait for my appointment, they have great banking options and very awesome people at the branch. I had the privilege of meeting Yesenia she was very helpful, friendly and professional 10/10 Thank you Yesenia

This branch is wonderful. I used to live in the area, and now I still drive there for my banking needs. Teresa Brown, at the counter—always welcomes you in when you come from front door; Joseph Figueroa, Andrew Young and Daniel Camacho (notarized on the spot) are top notch as well. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.

All of my experiences have been awesome outside of the current experience. 5/3rd promotes the use of Zelle but its almost impossible to get the back and Zelle to connect. The bank requires that you input a verification which it takes about 15mins to receive via email. Once you receive it and put it in the system, the error message says that the code is expired! Eventually the bank website will lock you out and tell you call customer service, only for 4 agents to say you have to wait 24hrs and try again. This has been a continues cycle for 2 WEEKS!!!! It really puts a back taste in my mouth overall!!!!!!!!!!!

Walked into door wearing leather gloves and a bandanna as I just got off a motorcycle. We were not greeted just heard a loud voice from a gentleman standing at bank tellers counter.. saying are you doing a deposit or withdrawal. I didn’t realize he was even speaking to us as he looked like a customer. Thought it was very rude and very unwelcoming. Glad I don’t bank here! The only reason I even gave them a three star is the lady bank teller was able to help my fiancé and answered his questions. This place sure could use some help with customer service experience especially whoever the gentleman was when we walked in!

Went thru the drive thru got get a 100 bucks. The money dispensor got stuck then the door closed. I got no money and no receipt. Went inside, had to call a number to another country. They put the transaction on hold but it processed that night. Call dispute number - again spoke to somebody in another country. Requested the video footage and was told they don't normally do that. Guess I"m out 100. I will be filing with the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency.

I don't even want to give 1 star. The branch was empty. I explained that I had a situation with my card, neither of the 2 employees there bothered to help me resolve the issue.
