Since December 2021 my mortgage account has not been fixed. I recieve 3 calls a month stating I'm late on my mortgage payments when actually, I'm current and ontime with all my payments. Every escalation attempt has been made with every associate. I never get a call back. Every associate I talked too can see where the error was made but never fixed. I will be contacting consumers reporting agency. I'm tired of explaining myself everytime I get a phone call from flagstar. I've held my end of the agreement, when will flagstar hold their end of the agreement?

I have had nothing but issues since my mortgage was bought by Flagstar Bank. If you want to save hours on the phone, use a different bank. Very limited bank. Crazy to think they don’t have an app in 2022. I wish I still had Quicken Loans.
