Amazing experience!!!! Staff were terrifically awesome and very nice. They had fair prices. The store was exceptionally clean.

I'm putting 1 star because I can't put 0. The Manager Patsee with glasses with the I need to get laid hair cut was rude the whole time even tho he wasn't assistanting me. Very rude to his employees. The 3 things I purchased stopped working like they never tested it and left it in nasty shape. Patrick is full of himself even tho he looks like a used car sales man. WORST PAWN SHOP IN HIGHLANDS COUNTY. Also all there reviews that give them 4.9 with no description are fake and done by the employees smh. Do better PATSEE I MEAN PATRICK.

They can’t be beat. Affordable prices on everything from jewelry to power tools. You name it they have it. Lovely staff highly motivated and very committed. They also have a layaway plan to accommodate. #1 in Highlands County.

Story time first time coming to this pawn shop , there was a nice selection of items to choose from.Store was very organized and clean ,workers was great there was one in particular her name is Melody . She was very professional, very friendly and patient I was asking lots of questions and was'nt sure of what I wanted she took her time to answer my questions also show and explain helped me decide what I brought. No regrets you guys are lucky with Melody, Corp. should give her a raise very excelent selling skills.Defintley going back there and excited to see Iam buying next.

There is a tall Hispanic male who works here who gives the wrong info every time. He tries to rush you so be very cautious and careful when dealing with this sheisty employee. I have caught him giving misinformation on several occasions stating I have nothing due (not true), trying not to give receipts and then giving wrong due dates.

Staff are disrespectful. Staff are uninformed on some subjects like electronics Staff lowballs everything, for example you bring in a $3.000.00 ring in the store and they offer $100.00? Absolutely never going back.

Im giving 5 points to this place!! I don't use pawn shops but if I did , I would drive here. I have been to a few stores with friends and watched them get treated horribly. Some how, this location was provided my phone number for a customer. After two calls, i was a little irritated so I called back. The manager is the one I spoke with and he removed my number and was professional and personable while also apologizing for the previous call that was diconnected ( I KNOW HE WAS JUST COVERING FOR HIS EMPOLYEE) :) , I get it lol) but all in all I would say he seems like a pretty honest person to go buy/sell/trade with . Thank you for not being nasty and rude. It does matter.
