Nice people but if you're a small business like me you'll want to pick a better bank. Giving out loans (small or big) isn't their strong suit and for a small business trying to grow it's a big problem. I've even tried switching a vehicle from my personal to my business and couldn't get the loan. The money is already coming out of the same account I just wanted to put it under the business name. After 4 or 5 failed loan attempts for different things I'm finally searching for another bank so that I can actually grow as a business.

I opened 2 accounts here 6 weeks ago and I'm ready to close them both. The drive thru cash machine cannot be seen because of the sun. I have to get out of my car every, single, time. Multiple inquiries led to, "we are looking into that." The lack of tellers in the lobby leads to constant slow lines. I went in this morning shortly after opening. I wanted $200 cash. Couldn't see cash machine and there were people behind me, so I used the lobby. From the time I pulled in the parking lot until the time I left was 35 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE!!

I had an excellent experience with MIDFLORIDA on US highway 27 South Sebring. I replaced my debit card and signed up for a credit card all in under 30 minutes. Not sure if would never go back to this branch. Carmen needs to be more confident in what she does. Seem to me like she was new there. I had to call her and ask for other options because she wasn't calling me. Everything I asked had to be informed with manager first. 🙄 …
