After 6 visits trying to open a savings account and get a credit card, I closed my account and took my $5 back. In fairness I did have a credit lock on my name but removed it. They, Suncoast, could still not see my credit reference and the people were kind of snooty. Soooooo, I went next door and opened an account w/credit card in about 20 minutes. MidFlorida has tellers not just TVs to do your banking if needed. I certainly will not promote Suncoast.

I visited the Sebring branch of Suncoast Credit Union to do a wire transfer. The young man who helped me was professional, accurate and completed the transfer with no problems. He even contacted me to let me know when it went through. Sebring is a much longer drive for me than Lakeland, but I have had two bad experiences on transfers at Lakeland.

I just want to say Christina is a very good bank teller! I wasn’t sure I was going to get a loan that i desperately needed and i got it & she let me know. She’s the best, I only see her when I need to come in.

The customer service at the Sebring branch is amazing. Christina was very friendly answered all our questions. I am very glad we chose to switch credit unions.

My review is because of Christina Guffey, who greeted us when we came in and proceeded to assist us with our situation and went above and beyond what we would expected from any representative. Had it not been for her expertise and help we would have had a difficult experience ahead. She is a true asset to Suncoast CU and is a truly caring person. (I think it would be a good policy for Suncoast to notify via email or text when the fraud department locks your credit card and unaware and you try to use it; to avoid confusion, embarrassment and panic to customers.) Anyway, God Bless her.

Jumar Moffatt was our personal contact at the Sebring location. Jumar was very knowledgeable, helpful, personal, and in my opinion went over and above helping us with the purchase of our new home. He helped with my ira’s and new checking and savings accounts. I give him a 20 out of 10 rating. Please ask for Jumar for your suncoast credit unions needs.
