Amscot - The Money Superstore, Tampa, FL

I had a bad experience with two female employees from this branch. I was standing there for like 5 minutes and no one would help me. These two were there just chatting while they had like 5 people waiting on line behind me. Extremely bad customer service. One of them was a woman with blonde dyed hair and the other one was a short one with dark hair.

I will never come back to this location. I came in to get something notarized and the notary who was also the only manager there was extremely rude would not listen to me at all and then proceeded to walk away help someone else and tell me to go somewhere else. All I needed was one document notarized and he proceeded to read all my documents because they were stapled for my safe keeping and proceeded to tell me I was wrong the person who directed me to get it notarized was wrong and spoke to me in a very condescending and demeaning manner. If this is how you all operate this company will no longer get my business. 0 out of 5 is my preferred rating.

Fairly Good experience, but I got charged to put the money from a money order that I got because they did not have enough cash to pay me a couple days prior. When originally I would not have gotten charged because it would have been all one transaction. Other than that they're fine I guess

The worst experience ever. There are 4 Spanish guys , who do not speak English properly. It took them 30 min to just get the money. They usually speak to each other about other stuff and do not even carry about the line. Spend 10 more min and go to other amscot.

It's my favorite money store. They work pretty fast, great money services, the staff is very polite, helpful and they answered all my questions, place is clean, very reasonable prices, plenty of parking space, and best of all " they are open 24 hours.

The employees are rude. You talk to these people and they ignore you, lack of professionalism.

Fast, efficient and friendly! I still don’t know how they do FREE money orders… (you do need a ID and they will place you in the system so you can go to any location and get service.
