Mr. Bun Heng, the manager, and his staff have been very helpful over the years that I have been with them. They are respectful,kind and have a good atmosphere whenever I walk into the building. They have helped me understand various things about my account and fixed many issues that other locations would brush off or completely ignore. they are a professional staff and I appreciate the work they have done to help me and my account.

To whom it may concern i would like to give a comment on the staff and the manager, Mr Bun Heng, at the MaCcdill branch on MaCcdill air force base. I have been connected with Federal Credit Union through the military while on active duty and i'm currently retired. I have thirty plus years of dealing with federal credit unions and i have no real complaint.The MaCcdill air Force Base location manager, Mr Bung Heng and staff, I believe have provided the best environment, quality service and most joyful environment i have ever been in on any of the other Federal Credit Union locations i have been to in the past. I have encountered situations that i needed help in, and the MaCcdill Air Force base branch has provided that assistance with great pleasure, Concise and accuracy. Which really took stress off of my body, mind soul and spirit. I was so relieved to see how well they conducted business on my behalf. All of them should be commended. For their work enthusiasm and their concern over their customers of the federal credit union at the MaCcdill Air Force Base. I really don't have the best words to describe their consistency in taking care of the customers. They are great and i greatly appreciate their assistance and their devotion, to their job, the Federal Credit Union and the customer, which is me. thank you for hiring such high quality individuals. they are a credit to themsleves, to the company and to any military base banking that you may send them too. thank you for hiring such quality people. sincerely, retired us army Sargent first class Larke.

Avoid this bank!!! They don’t care about you!! They only care about profits!!! Also their customer service sucks!!! I’ve been calling them every and cant get ahold of them!! Waiting time is freaking long!!!

Everyone knows that you go to a bank to get documents notarized. And while you are there the bank has an opportunity to acquire you as a client. However, Grow Financial doesn't notarize for anyone who isn't a member and that is very off-putting. So you just lost a potential member because of the extra work you caused me. Thanks!

Very professional and courteous with every transaction. Had an issue with my extended warranty. Talked to Bun (site Manager) about it, He resolved it in minimum time and to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend Grow Financial.

These guys have been super-easy to deal with after switching from my previous credit union. Bun Heng is my main point of contact, but the entire staff is friendly. 5-stars

What a great experience! Bun and his team helped my husband and I with a HELOC and the process was seamless. If I need any additional products in the future I know where to go!
