I'm in the process of changing banks after many years of great banking with capital bank. After the merging to First Tennessee they have little by little removed our mobile deposits and I'm sure there's more changes to come...the system the old capital bank had was working perfectly and did not need and changes...I have not even been able to login to my mobile banking app for over a week...the customer service number will make you wait at least 25 to 45 minutes to get an agent to answer...in the Tavernier branch they are great, but on the phone it royally sucks...all I can say is beware before you open an account with the new capital bank merged with First Tennessee bank.

We will have to change banks! This new FTB emerger...has taken away access to our mobile banking for over a week, to only find out that they have taken away a very important feature that we had for many years with the old Capital bank, we now cannot do mobile check deposits. This is very important to me as I don't have time to go to the bank and deposit. New accounts beware! ask questions...it used to be a pleasure to bank there until Capital Bank emerged with First Tennessee Bank. I have called numerous times and it would take 25 to 40 minutes for customer service to answer, before it would take just a few minutes. Very bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.

WOW I was in so fast and the people were so nice. The manager was really nice and respectful. I loved this bank, the employees and everyone. They were very nice, and I feel it could not have been better.
