I just want to say that I can’t express enough how wonderful Ryan Nutter was throughout this entire process. I’m a first time homebuyer on a VA loan and Ryan initially reached out to me on LinkedIn back in June 2022. At the time, I was nowhere near ready to purchase so I held off communication. I then followed up in November 2022 and Ryan got on a call and explained in detail everything I would have to do and when. I reached back out in February 2023, once I felt ready, and Ryan went above and beyond, guiding me in the process. Long story short, I’ll be sticking with Ryan my entire property buying life and I’m extremely happy that he reached out on LinkedIn like he did.
