I've been filing with Sunset Finance for years now and i always experience the BEST customer service ever. They are fast, efficient and kind! Very dependable people, thank you guys for service.

I was coming in to do follow up as requested by the little manager over the weekend. I was told that it would be just a minute. A minute turned into 10. The only conversation happening between the employees was how much the big fat one made on her taxes. I politely asked how much longer, she made up lies, and became rude. Shame on Sunset. Veterans can't even get a fair deal of respect. She had a issue with my very fine red ball cap.

By far the BEST loan company&super friendly. I had no credit and no-one would give me a shot to even start building my credit Except Sunset Finance.They walked me step by step with everything. I highly recommend this company.

I was badgered for two weeks with phone calls and letters about "having a relationship" after cashing the loan check they mailed me. I never received a bill in the mail, like every other loan/billing company, but I did receive numerous letters about calling them to confirm our relationship and then a letter of intent saying they were taking me to court for not paying my bill, and telling me I had until Friday to pay $340 something for late fees that I didn't know I had. I received the loan at the end of September for $1009. How could late fees even cost that much in less than 2 months?! They never sent me a bill in the first place! How could I pay a bill when there was no statement? I had no idea what the payment was supposed to be, how much interest I'd incurred, nothing. I don't even use checks! I use my debit card! How could I when they gave me no way to pay or amount to even pay until I called them today about the letter of intent. That is completely ridiculous. Then to be called a child on the phone because I should know when my bill is due when they didn't send a bill at all?! That's even worse! It's 2023, almost 2024, they should send an email since I had to provide my email when I cashed the loan check, with the statement and a link to pay the bill. I shouldn't have to call and speak to anyone. I shouldn't be told that "by law" they are not obligated to send me a statement or bill, that it is my obligation to go to their office to pay the bill, and that "my mama should have taught me about paying my bills" and "have your attorney contact us. Oh wait you don't got no attorney because you don't got no damn money!" That is completely unprofessional. I have never been treated so horribly by a business.

2/06/23 Tiffany - RUDE…. UNPROFESSIONAL… and hung up the phone .. I told her she could and would not talk to me like a child….. Generally they are great people, but she just changed the whole atmosphere

Due to financial hardship I was late 10 days n they were so rude n hateful. Told them when I could have my payment n they became so rude. Bc of my total knee replacement surgery in oct 2022 I still was unable to drive n told them that . I chose not to argue with them so the manager sends Ashley to my house. Then Ashley handed me the phone with manager on phone. Manager said I did not touch base with her n I told her my husband talked to them. She preceded to call my 67 year old husband a liar. I don't know who she thinks she is but she will not call my husband names. Period
