2nd worst decision I ever made. The lack of communication from this establishment is appalling. 2 weeks no update, ran my credit 4 times in one month made me jump through hoops to get a loan and still didn't approve the loan after they said I had been approved. A month later still no updates phone calls or emails informing me the status of my loan. I just so happen to log on the portal to see a message saying they are unable to approve my loan. Which is confusing because they said I was approved. I applied for this loan in the beginning of June!!! Don't waste your time I feel this company is really useless. In actuality this company is not the best idea for people who are building credit

The loan was canceled. I did not get the money. Now leave me alone. Thank you. The service sucks. Thank god the loan was canceled because your clerk put in the wrong routine number. $6000 and was going to pay back over $14000. High way robbery.

I put my application in online and waited all day. Uploaded my documents multiple times and had to do my own follow up with the agent. My agent didn’t seem to care about helping me. I will go into the office today and hopefully I will get a different experience.

Ok this company text me every day saying I'm pre-approved. So I applied online and a ghetto female "Emily "called from this location couldn't approve me because of income I sent in all documents including my bank statements. Which double the minimum amount 🤔 and income outside of my employment enter in this account have to be proving. So with that being said stick to the 1800 number. Don't call or use this location you will not be called your name it will be a whole new/made up name and the customer service and the process from this location just questionable.
2 star was atleast I realized at 35% interested rate I could get a better loan with capital 1 without the risk of using your car as collateral.
Just don't waste your time.

After one day of being late on payment, they harassed me( 5 missed calls throughout the day). The representatives are extremely rude as well. Always have an attitude, like I am inconveniencing them for calling them back. Eryel hung up on me because I was yelling. No Eryel, I am driving with the window down and said it several times. This branch needs to be reevaluated.
