The credit central in savannah ,GA(Hodgson Memorial Dr) is run by an I'll mannered person (Dana) she is very unprofessional.
She leaves work everyday, gone for hours and when she returns ,has her child at work
She also is so lazy she throws her trash in front of the door like we are in the projects

Coming from someone who works in customer service, the way they treat their customers and basically harass them for payments is absolutely disgusting, especially after the customer has explained their situation as to why they cant make payments on time, etc!! The "manager" Dana is so very unprofessional yelling on the phone and then in turn hanging up the phone on the customer. There is a way to be professional and stern about what you're saying to someone and that is not the way to go about it. A manager who acts like that and treats their customers like that is totally uncalled for and is sadly giving an extremely bad example to all the employees who are under them and are supposed to look up to them as a boss/higher authority. By the looks of the majority of these reviews on google my best advice to whoever is/was in charge of hiring her is to HIRE A NEW MANAGER who actually has the customer service experience and knows how to treat not only customers but human beings in general and can run your business the proper way so you have happy customers who actually want to come back as a returning customer.
PS: If I would've been able to give 0 stars I absolutely would have because they definitely do not deserve even 1 star.

Dana Mackey is a real nasty so called manager. That so called white receptionist is just as nasty. I hope that place loses business and shuts down. When people need help you don't treat them like trash to make numbers goals. Also its not safe or wise to come show up at someones house for a late payment. Who are these people? Why are they savages? I wonder is corporate aware of this behavior and if they endorse it as well? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My experience is not good at all when I go there. The only person there with okay customer service is the girl in the front. I went there on Friday to pay on my loan, and out of nowhere I hear this heavy voice (the manager) asking what is that? The girl at the front and I look at her confused because we had no idea what she was talking about. She asked again, and I told her if you’re pertaining to me I’m a customer paying on my loan. Will be paying this loan off early and I will not recommend my friends and family to this place.

Update !!!!!!!! Don't be late on your payment they will call and harass you to no end!!! Then they will show up at your home if you stop taking there calls. If you tell them you having a problem they want you to drive there and tell them the same thing you can over the phone. All that will do is waste your time. Please DONT TAKE LOANS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! All you are is money to them.
This place is stuck in the early 20th century .you can't pay online you can't pay over the phone and they want cash. Plus they can't even send you your welcome packet right . They messed mine up and I didn't know the due date so I got charged a late fee for their screw up I recommend you go to Covington credit on Abercorn Street at lest they have an online payment and if your going to be a few days late just tell them and make your payment. Once this loan is paid I won't be back for another even if it cost me my life. An be aware that you must repeat every thing you say and make them repeat it back to you.if you don't they won't do thing as told also I would recorded your conversation for corporate to listen to.

I just went today—the woman everyone is saying is mean is NOT AT ALL. She was kind, helpful, gave me tissue for my tears, listened well, made jokes & all together made me feel better. I don’t have a loan decision yet—but I definitely have a review… She’s great—give her a raise.
