Very rude and condescending. I called to pay my loan off ahead of time and could hear o e of the other girls in the back say " Tell her to just make that monthly payment , in case she needs that money later. " Im 35 years old i dont need people talking down to me like a child when im trying to pay my debts. This isnt the first time they've been rude. When i got the loan i wittnessed them treat a male custmer the same way.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! As a first timer, uhhh NO! Don't go here! I'd drive a hour for another loan agency before I recommend this place. & Don't ask no questions or you'll get hung up on or they'll just start talking to you like as if you were dog manure to make you want to hang up.

I requested a loan .small.They said call back 30 mins.We give answer..I called 6 times in 3 weeks period.The manager said I will call you in 15 mins.So I call again.Empoyee said we dont call people back.We not required too.

Been doing business with this place for 2 years and after voluntarily giving my new address for a renewal. They dont take my word or my State issued ID as proof. I explain that this is a new address with no mailbox and everything gets routed to my po box. They say and I quote" we cannot assist you any further". Is this a joke? Am I being punked. This is by far the worst experience ive ever had with a loan company. 2 years means nothing to this company. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! BEEN CALLING AND DOING MY APPLICATION SINCE 10. I understand that people are busy and people come in and out. However, to be nasty and inconvenient it’s not worth it. Don’t go here you’ll waste your time. I legit wasted a whole day waiting on an approval. Other loan companies I have dealt with such as Security finance, American financial services are way better. Don’t waste your time! Then i hear 3 different stories within 8 hours! No keep your sorry business!

I needed a small loan. And flight came through. Low monthly payments. The staff was very friendly and willing to help me in the time of need.
