THE AGENT ERICA honored the worst customer service in the CARD MEMBER SERVICE department. I called to pay a bill regarding a Credit Card. I EXPLAINED "YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT KEEPS CHANGING THE PASSWORD. YOU HAVE TO PLACE IN A TICKET REGARDING THIS ISSUE." She placed me on hold. After a minute of waiting I told her "I just want to pay my bill" (BEFORE THE ACCIDENTALLY HANG UP). The lady forgot what I called for. I told her I just want to pay my CC bill. The lady thought that she could kindly explain "YOU COULD PAY YOUR BILLS ONLINE." After I just told her to place a ticket regarding the account password keeps changing on its own. The lady almost didn't want to stop arguing with me regarding my bill payment. I closed the CREDIT CARD. DO NOT ENROLL TO A CORRUPT BANK. They think they're family owned in Hawaii. Find a new job during the pandemic. They closed more than half your banks. Why complain and find alternatives when ATMScan be updated with facial ID for all of these commonalities. All they need is a Single ATM Booth to recognize the issues without your assistance. And, they could save us the trouble. And do away with your job. I think they're creating fake calls and trying to have the company pay for extra employees. When they could be offered a third party external assistant to handle these issues

I have had a safety deposit box there for years. I notice they have boxes open. I encourage people to grab a box while they can bc they are hard to o come by. The boxes are accessible all the time. It would be nice if it were easier to have someone be a back up who can access your box in case of emergency..

I've been so disappointed in HIFI lately. The phone lines are never working any more. The mobile banking has been filled with errors. I am never able to talk to anyone regarding my account. I finally got through to someone and it was a third party company out of Florida. I never EVER gave my permission to link another company to my banking information nor would i want it to be someone with a six hour time difference. I asked to be connected to a branch teller and she told me it was not possible because the banks were closed. Its was 12:30 in the afternoon in Hawaii. She then hung up on me. This from a bank that I've kept my money in for over 10 years.

I’ve been calling 2 branches (Kalihi and Bishop) for 4 days straight, emailed them with my concerns and yet did not get a response. Very poor customer service. Not everyone can walk in the branches every time there’s a transaction error specially it’s on your side that made the error.

You all suck with not answering your dam phone. Automated Phone answering is getting stupid ridiculous. Tried to get a hold of ya'll half hour before closing to make my transfer, but it's like the cut off time is half hour or hour before closing. No one wants to answer the effing phone. ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

I’ve been banking w/this credit union since 2009. They only like you if you have lot’s of money. If your on a fixed income as I am they treat you differently. This is only the second time I ever disputed charges, the first time they messed it up so badly they got my cable shut off from spectrum, b/c they disputed spectrum, & took back 2 months of automatic payments from them when I was not even disputing spectrum in the beginning of the covid pandemic, so I was w/out tv for over a week, they also disputed tmobile, & took back 2 months of payments I made to them, & I almost lost my cell phone service. Now I am trying to dispute a charge for a scooter that I purchased from a ad on fb that said it was from SAMS CLUB but, it was a SCAM, b/c I authorized the payment they are telling me the dispute may not go in my favor! If you have overdraft privileges w/them just be careful b/c they don’t care what your situation is they will charge you the 20.00 overdraft fee every single time. They are rude to me. I am just waiting to see if they are going to refund me the 49.00 for the scooter, & if thy don’t I’m going to leave them, & find another financial institution to do my banking with. Make sure you have plenty of money if you open an account w/this financial institution, other wise you will regret it.
