Walked in and there were at least 10 employees. Not one said hello or can I help you. I don't like machines that are LIVE TELLERS either. That should be my choice, not a forced one. When I left, the employee that was in her office seated closest to the door told me to have a nice day. I didn't feel like responding. So then she said your welcome. That was very unprofessional! This is one experience of several in the last year and a half since I've had my mortgage at FFCU. I made a call last week to the 1st Ave branch to speak with someone and after I did have a conversation, He was supposed to get back to me regarding my late fee on my mortgage...due to this disaster...and he never called me back. My opinion is that this organization only cares about $ and themselves, NOT the customers.

2nd oldest credit union in the state. One of the few federally chartered credit unions in the state. Good service and product offerings.

The personal banker here Janell is a joke. This woman literally acts as if she came to work drunk. Also had to deal with Chris Neal and I don’t know how he is employed here but if this man cheats on his wife he obviously gets away with things.
