I just want to take a few minutes to give a shout out to Jennyifer S., Kaitlynn S., Mckayla, Kaitelynn R., Matt. When ever i come in these fine folks always make me feel welcome and are able to help me out with any banking needs. I always leave smiling or laughing. They are such a great group of people. i would not do my banking any other place.They are a credit to Greenstate Credit Union, they make me feel very special.

They have grown so big customer support is terrible. 6 counters with only 1 worker. It's like going to Wal-Mart.

We only just started an account but am thoroughly impressed! Mike was a great help, guiding us through all our options... taking into consideration our current financial situation, suggesting services that make sense and telling us why others won't work. He truly wanted to present us with only the options that save us money and not just selling us on something we don't need! Very good personal service!
Even before we visited the branch, I chatted online with a representative who was very courteous and helpful. The products and services are very comparable to those of larger banks but with a personal touch. Very happy so far!

I've always been with UICCU, had wonderful experiences with every staff member, and never considered using another bank. Today I went and found I was making my last car payment! I wish I could remember my teller's name, but she congratulated me several times and seemed genuinely excited for me. To go in for a normal payment and then to be treated with such kindness was truly a blessing. She made my day and I'm almost bummed to not have a reason to visit once a month anymore! First time at this UICCU and this specific employee is why I will make this my bank location. Service=unmatched

My issue is not specifically what this branch but I'll tell you this has got to be one of the worst banks I've ever banked with. Make sure you read through your entire contract. They charge you a whole bunch of fees for all kinds of stuff. If you use any ATM other than theirs, not only do you pay the ATM fee at the ATM but they charge you a fee as well. Also, with your savings account, typical banks usually roll over your funds from your savings to your checking. If you have something go through that's like an overdraft here they charge you per transaction for it. This in my opinion is one of the most hungry banks out there willing to take a dollar from you for literally anything. Their customer service usually is an on par when having to call the 1-800 line? I've never been more disappointed in a bank in my life. I'm going to be closing my account here real soon. I would do it today but I'm waiting for some money to get transferred back into my account. I advise anybody that decides to bank with green state. Just don't they're not for the customer. They're for the company. Good luck!

Had fraud on my card that made my account go negative. Had to go in to get a new card and the tell thay helped me was rude when he found out my account was negative even tho it wasn't my fault.
