I've been a member here 2.5 almost 3 years for my mortgage and vehicle. Great when you have to come in but THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I was on hold over 30 min 6 separate days i called when inquiring about a preapproval on getting a new home. Had to walk in when i had influenza A and walking pneumonia because they just don't pick up the phone. At this point, they can all get sick.

Would not recommend. I was hassled over a paper ID the day I opened my account and then lied to about a quick response on my application. I didn’t hear back on my application even after following up for two days. Ayla lied and told me she called me on Tuesday and left a vm, which she didn’t, and after getting the run around I was told I wouldn’t be approved for any credit. I also didn’t appreciate how after I closed my account and left the bank that Kendall told me “have a great day” in a very sarcastic tone. Extremely unprofessional!

Always helpful and friendly! Lost debit card and was happy to have a replacement in hand within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The teller was more than happy to look my account up to ensure no activity had happened on my account since the last time I had used the card. Relief! Whew. She gave me a great pen and offered me information on other services. She was polite, professional, and took safety precautions wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer available in several spots and visual reminders of social distancing marked. Have done all my banking in the last 25 years (i.e. a couple car loans, personal loans, home mortgage,etc.) Very happy with all services offered! Free checking, Free bill payer, Free online banking, automated response teller. You can even get support via text. I'm just absolutely 💯 all about Linn Area Credit Union! It's where I stash my money 😉
