I have been treated rudely there by Cindy, Brett & Teresa.
I have had a checking account there for several years. When I established my savings account. I asked for it to be seperate from my other account. I feel I speak clear enough english. Nope. Brett screwed it up from the get go. After making my wishes very clear. I have had tellers Teresa & Cindy be rude after calling them out on their mistakes. I should not have to fight with a bank about my money. I should feel assured and safe where my money is.
As for the ones mentioned. They definately need to work on customer service skills and show a little understanding when a customer is very upset because she continually has to repeat how her accounts should be. If the shoe was on the other foot and their accounts were not set up like their wishes were, I know darn well they wouldi beupset too. Poor customer servce!!

Love this bank. I've moved around constantly for work. At first I kept changing banks everytime I moved but I got screwed over so much. It seemed like I was working to support the bank with all the charges. After a short stint in Charles City I opened an account here. I've never had one single bit of trouble with them. Ever. I've lived in about 8 different states since then & keep them where ever I go. If there is a question or even a special request it just takes a phone call. I've had people try to cheat me & I just call the bank. They won't allow it. They have protected me many times & not once charged me for anything. I now live in north Carolina but CUSbank Charles city WILL ALWAYS be my bank!

Free checking that is actually free. While many banks are nickel and diming people to death with fees here and fees there, CUSB still offers totally free checking. I love it.
