Follow up Amendment: Sarah from the bank contacted me, we had a nice, civil conversation about what happened and we reached an agreement that we were both happy with. That was all I was hoping for. Thank you to Sarah for making amends with me and helping to change my tune towards them. Communication is key!
This is the worst review I’ve ever given because I believe that everyone and every business should be able to right their wrongs. I gave them many times and multiple people to at least offer to split the cost with me. All I got was good luck finding it. Like others have said, do not bank here! I needed the abstract from 2006 to sell my house. The lawyer’s office was helpful with their paperwork stating that they took it to F&M bank. They said they don’t have it there or in the Sully branch. I would have kept it with all of the other important papers that I have, some are 50 years old. Of course the abstract has to be recreated, at the tune of about $850. Since the bank manager washed his hands of my case (oh and there have been at least 3 abstracts that have had to be remade from bank so far).

DO NOT BANK HERE. Had suspicious charges on my account. Reported the anomaly. They decided that I made 1000$ in charges when I had not had that kind of monies since I opened the account. Zero help, no one contacted me beyond the day I reported the problem.

Very unhappy with this bank and the teller manager.
I was going to put her on blast but I’ll leave it at her title. So long story short Wife stops to get money on Saturday ATM malfunctions. ATM service by a third-party they cannot do checks and balances on their own ATM therefore I have to wait seven days before my bank will let me file a dispute. My bank tells me it’s because we’re waiting for them to do the right thing. They are unwilling to contact their ATM company to do a checks and balance on there Owen ATM. So now our account is -270 some dollars and nobody cares . What great small town values this business has .Very unhappy with this bank I would not use the ATM again I’ll Gladly pay the 1.50 at Lincoln savings bank.
