I used to love this place, but then I left Iowa city and realized just how much this bank takes advantage of their customers. They have some of the worst interest rates in the country. I used to tell myself it was the customer service that kept me, but that too is absolute trash when I'm honest with myself. I mean, thanks for the nice smile while you stabbed me in the back, but like, you know, maybe don't stab me in the back?
You can't even get basic services like retrieving financial statements older than a year without paying extra fees. The fees end up being more stress than most of the value this bank offers.
I've wanted to write this for years. I don't know what took me so long.

Taylor was great! He was efficient while walking me through the most appropriate steps to ensure my account was secure while providing me the needed time to navigate the online banking system at my pace.

I have worked with Raleigh on a refinance. They were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable. They provided prompt service and always answered any questions I had. They were very pleasant. If there was something they didn’t know they found the answer and followed up. I highly recommend Raleigh. I plan to use them in the future if I have needs.

The credit union is by far one of the easiest banks to work with! I've always had great experiences here. Whether it be answering questions about opening or changing by account, or simply cashing a check their tellers are always helpful, welcoming, and timely. Bri is my favorite and always makes sure my needs are met!

Fantastic rates on loans and credit card and bank account perks, but it is the outstanding customer service that has earned my business for life. Mike is always extremely helpful whenever I have questions or need to make changes to my account. Would highly recommend GreenState to anyone in Iowa!

My experience has been challenging... as unique as my situation has been I can say that it's not been a fast process because of how thorough they are but it showed me how serious they take protecting their peoples money! Naturally I wish it would be faster but that would probably sacrifice security so...
