The personnel are very kind and professional, but this credit Union labels their accounts in a confusing manner & they don't have an updated online portal. They need to take lessons from a more established credit union. We will be leaving this bank.

Thank you Clarity! I have to give a shout out to Kelsey! She is a loan officer at Clarity. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt know what to expect when I went it to ask about loans and financing. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Also making sure I knew what I needed to move forward. Tools that will last a lifetime. Everyone else in the bank have up beat attitudes waiting to assist you with any banking needs. I would recommend Clarity to anyone looking to get a fresh start.

Called Monday morning for a car loan that I purchased on Saturday. Car lot sold it to me with a higher interest rate, Myra at the loan department in Caldwell got me approved with a fantastic interest rate of 2%. Thank you Myra and Priscilla you both are awesome to work with. Quick, profesional, helpful, the three things you look for when trying to get a loan. So if you're needing a loan car, home, or otherwise I totally recommend clarity Credit Union in Caldwell, ask for Myra.

I have dealt with Clarity for several years now, I initially started my experience with Kelsey when she worked at the meridian branch.
Time has gone by and I continue to use Clarity for a lot of my personal banking and loan needs. I have over the past year had some issues with the Meridian branch relating to a missed payment that I was unaware of.
The branch had not informed me of this missed payment from almost 6 months prior ( I understand missed payments are my responsibility, further investigation had shown an error on Clarity's part) I unexpectedly received a significant hit on my credit for late payments, tried to resolve this issue and was promised a resolution, a follow up, and this to be taken from my credit. Never had a follow up, and was not taken or fixed on my credit, even after several attempts to resolve the issue.
Lost faith in this establishment.
Until recently. my wife had been searching for a vehicle, and we decided to reach out to Kelsey who had relocated to the Caldwell branch. We were absolutely amazed with her speed and efficiency. Her ability to answer our questions and her attention to detail are unmatched, this was by far the easiest dealings we have had with any financial institution.
I was very impressed and pleased with the service she provided. Due to her efforts and customer service I feel it is only fair I give a 5 star rating, her professionalism has saved this company from receiving a what would have been a 2 star review.
I hope that her efforts do not go un noted a or un rewarded!

One of the worst banks you could ever go through. They have the option to help you but they choose to ignore it and blame you. The overdraft protection fees can be prevented but they won't do that for you. The two nasty girls that work there have an attitude as if you were bothering them with your questions or concerns and don't bother getting any answers just pointing fingers and blaming the customer. I mentioned that my address was wrong and I couldn't use a card online because it said the address wasn't matching the card and I said it denies it and she said, "It WaS deNiEd bEcAuSe ThErE'S nO MoNey" lol. Even though she said "it'll only deny if you use a pin and I said "I thought it would only deny it if it was a pin transaction and all I got was, "well, the cards are locked now any! I had to keep asking questions because they weren't resposive about what was going on just kept typing and looking away and when I did get a response it was with an attitude and blaming so I started responding to them they way they did to me just to get any response. When we asked about getting a statement she said it's on the app you have it set to e-statements I mentioned we couldn't get on the app and she said, " that's because the password isn't correct" and I said I wrote it down the day as it was being setup so the person making the account for us entered it in wrong but it was our fault and then she seemed irritated and too lazy to want to help get it working. After everything was finally finished, I had to say, "is that all?" Or else I'd still be there waiting for them to say anything. No recipt to show a deposit. They send out a letter saying youve been overdraft for 18 day pay now or itll go to collections and the website doesn't work and when you call they say, "it works for me says make a payment" as if i was lying. Also the paper says you can make a payment over the phone but when you call they say you can't pay over the phone for checking. Only if it's a loan!? "Well, then write a check" Snot nosed entitled children work there. You chose to work there. App locks you out after one try, the website doesn't work, and the tellers don't work. Chose a different bank that knows what they're doing.

Not really sure where all the amazing reviews are coming from. Unless they are manufactured by the bank it's self or it's employees. But every time I come here everyone is to cool to do their job. They all make me feel like I'm am bothering them. So much so that I try to only use the ATM. Then I get a call that they don't like the way I'm doing it. It's insane. Honestly the worst banking I have ever delt with. The company must just not have standards for employees. I've tried every single one from Meridian to Emmett to Middleton Nampa and Caldwell. Nampa is the best but still not great. If you are looking to open a new account don't do it here. Everyone I have talked to about them hate them, most just don't change because of how hard it is to change everything over. But at this point it's worth it. Just to go somewhere where their employees aren't mad at you just for asking them to do their job.
