Their customer service has really gone downhill. It should not take 20 minutes to make a simple cash deposit through the drive thru. And I shouldn't have to call or multiple times for service, only to be met with a teller who was short, rude, and obviously didn't know what she was doing. This is not the first time someone in my family has had a negative interaction at this branch. If you're looking for a quality and friendly credit union, look elsewhere.

This Credit Union has been terrible to work with. I bought an RV with insurance. EICU added their insurance for hundreds per month and I showed proof three times through hours of being transferred from person to person but still I have to pay an extra $60 a month for a year even though I have more than adequate insurance. My insurance tried to call to see why and they would not talk to them because they could not have two parties on a line together and they wouldn’t just talk to them because it wasn’t their account. Would highly not recommend this institution.

My wife and I have had a car loan with this place for just under a year, a week ago we went in for additional loan for an RV. We were greeted promptly and introduced to Austin Barnes, the rest is history! I was first impressed with the awards that are posted for all to see about "Best Place to Work" for multiple years. I will always recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thanks for all the help and professionalism! Austin is definitely an asset to EICU! Also my main banking is done with a competitor in Idaho Falls...not for long. I feel we will land at EICU very shortly!

they have the best staff and are always willing to help with every financial need we’ve had. Very helpful and kid oriented. Always doing giveaways and helping setup savings accounts for our kiddos. Love this place. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone!

I always have a pleasant experience no matter who helps me. Everyone who works there is great, but today I had an even better experience, I went in to pay my car payment and had mentioned to the girl working there that I almost forgot to make the payment and that I was still trying to get the online banking figured out, but that I was having trouble logging in. She wanted to help me right then, but my son was in the car, so I told her maybe next time or I could call. When I got home I had an email from her with all the info I needed. She had figured out the problem and helped me. She went above and beyond. She didn't have to do that, but she did. Thank you Mikayla Park at the Rexburg branch.
