I’ve spoken with Joel & Melissa on the phone about a loan that I just applied for & I can honestly say that I was about 99% positive that I wouldn’t be approved & somehow they made it work. Both of them are super nice & professional & I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking for financial assistance. Joel has made this a very smooth process for me.

Joe is very disrespectful towards people if their a couple days be-hidden paying their loan. He’s very unprofessional, and seems to not take his job seriously. We will not be going back here. I’m rating this place one star if I could do none I would. He’s disrespectful over the phone and wants you to pay there and now, even if you don’t have but 34 dollars to your name in your bank account, they don’t care about customers they want their money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, please research loan places before getting a loan. They have poor customer service. And they DO NOT CARE IF YOUR BARELY SURVIVING as is , specially the way the economy is today. DO NOT GO HERE, this place is a joke. Would recommend other one main places or other loan places but not this one. Just please do your research.

I have always had excellent service from this finance company. They have always been very accommodating in servicing my needs. I would particularly like praise JOEL for outstanding phone service during the pandemic. Keep up the good work.

I went to One Main as I needed a loan for Vet bills. My 9 month old Mastiff puppy is growing faster than his bones can keep up. This caused a problem in that he broke both of his front leg elbows while playing. The wonderful people at the Belvidere One Main office where more than helpful. Because of their fine customer service Zedekiah is scheduled for surgery to have his legs fixed. Our whole household thanks you.

I can honestly say the representative I worked with previously was a kind, charismatic and patient representative of the company. However, that deviated when my person I was working with on my loan was no longer available. The service rep that had assisted me with my loan was not only rude by telling me to google simplistic questions that she should be able to answer (ie. Hours of operation and where is the branch located) but the care was simply not there. I am currently making payments on a loan and I am only 2 days behind waiting on pay that is expected tomorrow and I get a call from a rep with an apathetic attitude on when can I set up a payment? No care to the day or the concerns I am facing but simply as if our conversation should be transactional but the service is subpar. I have never experienced this level of service from a corporation designed to help people. Meribel I suggest another round of training because the rude call you have shown makes me not only want to terminate my customer relationship with you but to also never recommend any of the services to anyone I know. I have had better service her and her disrespect was very unsatisfying. I understand people having bad day but your clients should not be the recipient of that. Now although this was one experience it is not my total. I have had better service before however this time it was not that great. Hopefully the company extends some workshops on customer care or I won’t foresee myself recommending this place nor returning as a customer.
