Terrible handling of consumer private data and non compliance issues especially when bankruptcy scenarios occur. Ignores request for assistance and questions. Third parties abuse the system and consumers and dsta Integrations and systems. Process is not good for elderly, unemployment and those recovering f from financial distress or bankruptcy.
Not customer friendly and service is more like collection agency that ridicules customers- Poor communications and lack thereof

I have been a member of the Mid-Illini Credit Union for about 9 years. I recently applied for an auto loan and had the pleasure of working with Terri James. She made the process go seamless from the approval process to picking up the check for the dealership and sent all documents for me to sign straight to my office. The day I picked up my new vehicle, I was in and out in under an hour. I am set up for automatic payment withdrawals. Terri did outstanding work for me. I highly recommend if needing a loan, to give Mid-Illini a try.

I have had good experiences in the past with car loans from credit unions. So, when I was in the market for a new vehicle, I applied online to MICU. Shortly after completing a simple online form, Grace Nichols reached out to me to follow up on the application. Now, she could have earned her points my just getting me signed up for an approved loan. But she didn't take the easy route. She noted some issues with my credit that she thought I could readily clean up. We met and she walked me through some simple steps and I decided to do some debt consolidation to move revolving credit to a short-term loan. The process was easy. She helped me at every step (I can be a little detail challenged at times). And we got the loan set up. She was very helpful at every point in the process. Thanks Grace!

I've been a member with The Credit Union for All (Mid-Illini Credit Union) for a few years now. I originally went to them as the dealership I purchased my vehicle from messed up the title documents and the bank I was with at the time would not work with the State of Illinois to get it corrected. I went to Mid-Illini based on a recommendation from someone in the area and not only did they get me in touch with someone who could get the title work corrected, they also got me into a new loan with much more favorable terms.
Recently I needed to reach out again due to a personal matter involving finances. They were able to work quickly and again worked magic. This allowed me to handle the personal matters quickly while also saving me money on a monthly basis. The team at this credit union are top notch and I will always recommend their services!

I have only been dealing with Mid Illini Credit Union for about 5 months but it has been the best banking experience i've had in 30 years! Everyone is friendly, helpful and polite and all of my dealings have been trouble free! I wish they had a branch in Pekin!
