The staff is always super nice and welcoming. I come here for DVDs and they have a huge selection. By far the best selection out of any pawn shop I've ever been to.

Called to check and see if they would accept brand new a/c units, they said yes, so I loaded them up and brought them, only to be told they would not accept them. Didn’t even look at them. Confused because that’s why I called in the first place, to make sure I wasn’t wasting a trip.

They have a female worker I won’t say her name for safety reasons but she is the maddest rudest person I ever came across in here I hate when she try’s to help me I already know exactly how it’s going to go..she needs a better attitude or a different job!!!

Very helpful! They accommodated every need even after we took our time!!! The workers are always so nice when we walk in and we've even sold things here, I recommend going here if you love that family business feel !

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this pawnshop that left me utterly dissatisfied with their customer service. The incident occurred when I was attempting to pawn my laptop, a process that should have been straightforward but turned into a nightmare due to the staff's complete lack of professionalism.
As I began to explain my reservations about providing personal information stored on the laptop, a lady behind the counter consistently talked over me, dismissing my concerns without allowing me to articulate the reasons behind my decision. It was not only rude but also a blatant disregard for customer communication.
I expected a pawnshop to value customer interactions and handle sensitive matters with a level of understanding. However, this particular establishment demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and customer-centricity. The staff's dismissive attitude towards my legitimate concerns made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.
Moreover, the lady's constant interruption not only hindered my ability to express my apprehensions but also created an atmosphere of disrespect. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially when dealing with a service that involves personal possessions and sensitive information.
This incident has left a lasting negative impression, and I strongly caution others against patronizing this pawnshop. A business should prioritize customer communication and respect, qualities that were sorely lacking in my unfortunate interaction with this establishment. I regret choosing this pawnshop and would advise anyone looking for a pawn service to seek alternatives that value their customers' voices and concerns.
