I've banked at PNC for years. I recently got a checking account at First Federal because of a joint account with someone who already had a mortgage account with them. I do ALL my banking online or by mobile. First Federal doesn't even offer mobile banking, and their online banking is a joke. Their "Help" link takes you to a DOCUMENT. After searching repeatedly throughout their entire site, I finally found an email address. I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago about an issue, and haven't heard back. I'm so frustrated with them. PNC is much better, and I would love to go back.

For those of you out there reading these older reviews, they are inaccurate . There is an online banking app. Search First Federal Concierge and you will see the blue and green logo on the correct app. Second, their online site is rather simple to navigate. If you can't figure out the site, maybe you should call and speak to someone. They don't have an automated answering service that leaves you talking to a computer and dialing the options you want like PNC does either. Most times, my questions can be answered by the first person to pick up the phone.

I love First Federal. They look out for me, especially the women at the checking department.The tellers are friendly and professional, my money and accounting matters have been accurate and I will stay with First Fed as long as they will have me.

5 star bank that gives a 5 star experience! The staff here is top notch, all around! No matter what type of help you need from this bank, they have the perfect person to help! I must say my personal banker Allison is incredible! So ON IT, personable, and action oriented! It’s a great feeling! Anytime I’ve ever needed anything, she’s always right there to address and help with things!! And let’s talk about the hours! Open until 7pm, 6 days a week!! Glad to call first federal my bank!!

I wish they hadn’t closed their lobby on Saturdays recently. Any time you reduce access for people is a step backwards in the customer service world, in my opinion. I don’t enjoy trying to do banking transactions in my car or spending extensive amounts of time in the drive-up line waiting for help. Just a bummer.

This is a great bank!
I had some problems with them, nothing to big, just some frustrations that seemed to be more of an inconvience than they actually were.
HOWEVER! And that However is in all caps for a reason.
Someone had stolen my card info while my wife and I were on vacation.
Once we called the bank it was as if it never happened. It was the most professional transaction I had ever witnessed and I was very greatful that I was at this bank. Their integrity is outstanding and very hard to find now a days. I am very greatful to them for what they have done and wont be leaving for a long time to come, if ever.
