When I first went in there the person that was helping me seem to be not knowledgeable How a loan process works her name was Jeannette each time I was required to bring a new document which I did and when I would go back there I had to bring something else. Every time we would go in there she would just tell us that we will need one thing and that’s it and then when we go in to three more thing again. Are this causes confusion between the client and the company when the employees are not knowledgeable of how or what is required for a loan process. Every time I would go she kept asking her coworkers are the questions we were ask her because she was not knowledgeable. If you’re going to hire somebody at least train him well or don’t put them to do the loan processing if they don’t know how to do it that is very unprofessional not only did they run my credit and my co-applicant credit multiple time without letting us know that he would run the credit each and every single time just a very unprofessional offer if you are looking for a one main loan office go to Melrose Park

I originally applied for a loan that I wanted to use to help consolidate some debt. After going through the application process online, they said they approved me for less than half of what I applied for. It wasn’t enough, and I didn’t see an option to decline it, although they said if I wanted to proceed with the loan that I would need to call them or visit a branch in person. I assumed if I never contacted them that the loan would be canceled since I never officially signed or said that I accepted their offer.
A couple days later I’m at work, trying to help a customer and they called me 5 TIMES IN A ROW. I declined each call because I was actively using my phone while helping out the customer, and it was extremely frustrating to have to decline that many calls from the same number while I was working. The last time they called, I had to answer and hang up so that they would get the picture. Declining calls send them directly to voicemail, so not sure why they didn’t just leave one after the first declined call.
So, not only are they aggressive and annoying, but I would have just preferred a rejection of my application for the amount I initially requested.

The loan officer was very friendly and professional. She showed me multiple loan offers and explained all the terms of each in great detail. I was able to get the loan that was just right for my circumstances. I would recommend the Belmont Cragin branch for anyone in need of a personal loan.

Worst place yo go if you are trying to get a small or big loan.I apply for $10,000 and they said I qualify for $13 .everything sounded great until all the details came out. Long story short, $13 thousand dollars loan with 60 lovely monthly payment I will end up paying a total of $28 thousand dollars at the end. I'm broke not STUPID.when you see those prequlify letter in the mail flush them down the toilet for your own good.
