If you are working on your credit then contact Turner acceptance for any auto loan. They made my process extremely easy and they work with everybody. Amazing customer service. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

Very easy and simple to get a personal loan with them. They just asked for some simple documentation. Everything was done through email and text with Julio Torres. Approved within less than a day and got my money within an hour after signing my loan documents. Recommend them to anyone needing a loan.

Turner is the worst finance company to work with. They partnered with a shady dealership that sold me a very unreliable car. After a month of having the car it started breaking down. When I went to the dealership to talk to them it had already closed down. Whenever I've tried to call turner I've had to wait at least 30 minutes before getting ahold of someone and then they tell me they can't help me but can transfer me to someone who can but instead hang up on me. It happened to me 3 times in one day. After already putting over $3,000 into repairs on my car my engine is now dead and will cost over $4000 to repair. My car isn't even worth $4,000 on Kelley Blue Book or Edmunds. When I first got the car they encouraged me to purchase GAP insurance and told me that if anything happened to my car the gap insurance will cover it. So I brought that up to them and they told me the GAP insurance would not be able to help me but I could take out another loan with them to pay to fix my car. Why would I want to take out a $4000 loan to fix a car that is worth $2500?! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SLIMEY/SHADY COMPANY!

You guys were so wonderful on financing me, I literally walked in with nothing and I came home with something beautiful, I will always highly recommend you, but your assistant Amy was amazing to me and my daughter, she helped me in a second , I was so greatful to have found you guys! I will refuse to do business or refer anyone from out of state. It wasn't explained that there don't refinance out of state loans, therefore I can't refinance my loan. If you make a payment from a bank account and don't have sufficient funds it will block the ability to use that account. They don't accept American Express cards as well. So I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Customer care sucks, you can't get access to manager or supervisor. You will be on hold forever. Joseph and Sonya are the representatives that were too incompetent to help me nor could they get any1 to help me. Completely incompetent

I've had my car for sometime now, I've been sick since 2 months after I got it. I've gotten behind so much any other finance company would have taken my car but not them. Just recently I was hospitalized and was very behind again and they worked with me, lowered my payments by $100 dollars per month. Thanks to Paula and Sonia I still have my car. My credit score is always current and good everytime. Thank you so much.
