Even with my limited experience with this company, I can already tell that they go above and beyond. I applied for a personal loan with OneMain Financial, and in the end, they weren't able to offer me loan terms that were what I was looking for, which is okay, but during the application process, a hard inquiry was performed on my my credit report, which ended up interfering with my approval for a loan with a different lender that ended up being a better match for me. This competing lender was asking for documentation proving that I did not end up taking a loan with OneMain Financial (apparently, they were worried I was trying to take out multiple loans at once). Ofir, the branch manager at this Des Plaines location, went out of his way to ensure that I receive the documentation I needed so that I could get the loan that was the best fit for me. Since we weren't able to do business together, he had no obligation to help me in this way, especially considering my decision to go with a competing lender! These are clearly honest people who care about helping people meet their financial goals, even if it doesn't necessarily end up benefiting them directly.

I wish I didn’t have to do this. I’ve been a customer here since 2019 and have always been helped by the staff. However, the last 2 months have been distasteful. I asked your staff member Alex to please not call every day reminding me of my payment. I asked for ONE reminder. Just one reminder a month regarding my payment. Your staff does not have any respect. You guys call when I am working! 3 times a day. I understand it is your job to call your clients to remind them, but 3 times in one day is absolutely absurd to me. I work in the financial industry and have 10 plus years of customer service experience even I don’t bombard my clients with payment reminders. Again, it’s a shame this had to be done. Apparently you do not respect your customer’s requests.

So I was approved for a loan
But they never told that I need to have a title car to have a loan
Is very disappointed when they don't give ypu the information before you have (approved)
