Poor answering service. You have to wait over 35 minutes for someone to answer phone to be forwarded to three or more people first. Then they still can't complete ur request to increase ur debit card limit for the day. So u can pay a large bill. No that's a process..... And it sounds like the entire time ur on the phone someone is on a third line pushing buttons and talking on and off in background while ur on hold!

Imagine judging a business based on how well they do during a pandemic. No one is well staffed these days, and there's nothing wrong with them being drive thru only during a state mandated shut down. It's a good bank, full of people that are doing their best. When I've had inquiries, they've been very patient and helpful.

Was drive-through only! slow long lines tried to call somebody talk to.. was talking to an answering machine for 10 minutes recommend going to a smaller community bank like the Dieterich bank!!

Horrible bank. Very slow and always packed. Not enough workers and very slow workers. Definitely wouldn't recommend this bank at all.
