I was just in here from my broken gold jewelry thinking Mayne it was not going to be worth much, but boy! Moses really most definitely turned my day around. I was short on ny utility bill and he went above and beyond in customer service as well as making me feel very confident that my gold scraps of jewelry was of value. I was think I'm not gonna get much at all but a few dollars and BOOM he hit me with the double digits! Thanks so much Moses I very much appreciate your grand service and for anyone who has ANY broken hold laying around, Moses it your go to guy! Thanks again!!

They're very helpful supportive and very great and kind they were understanding of our situations and they helped us we sold a Mongoose bike for $160 when it was supposed to be like who knows like it was just f****** great they were very kind and happy and they were very kind and supportive like I said so thank you

They are very friendly and fast. Me and my husband had wonderful experience with Windy City Customerservice people, even if it was our first time visit. We went to sell some old jewelry and we saw pretty gold and different items especially couples and engagement rings. If you have plan for buying jewelry, you can consider this great place.

30 days ago I was in a bad way (in between jobs) and I needed to bring in a fav game console just to get money to put gas in my car. Moses and staff were very attentive & understanding; giving me the best deal possible. They made a difference. Today I was back to collect the console for the tiniest fee. And I'm very grateful to have met Moses and his team. They're So cool and honest. Good people... You Rock!! Rob

Very disappointed. I am costumer of this place from time ago. The problem with employees are:
1.- they don’t take the time to check their system to see that you are a current costumer. If they check their system, they can see that in not a costumer that lose my belongings, I pay the interest and recover them back.
2.- I try pawn 2 iPhones, the employee don’t look at them and immediately says: sorry we don’t take iPhones 7… he don’t have any idea about iPhones 13 pro and iPhone 7, there is a lot of difference, then reject an iPhone 12 mini because he thinks the screen was broken, when the new iOS 17, have screen pictures that are brighter and high resolution, he just don’t want attend me.
3.- another employee: a woman get out and ask what was happening, and I explain that he do t want take my phones. And she was the one that accept one of them before with another iPhone 12 Pro. His answer was: that time they must not take your phones.
I will finish with this problem, they don’t understand the feeling of someone that go for a pawn, usually is to solve any economic emergency.
And they give you these kind of situations, well, I will get back my belongings and don’t cane back ever.
If they don’t like their job, look for other one. Is simple.
I recommend don’t go there, in a matter of fact, they don’t give fair prices. Bellow the market, if another pawn store opens in Evanston, they will lose their business.
Owner, your employees will make you lose your business.
