I loved this bank and the people that work here are amazing. BUT, I had my identity stolen and all my money taken out of my account. I worked with Midland to get my card canceled and they assured me it was over. The next day more money was taken out, they told me it chargers that haven't shown yet and it was over. Then two days later my next paycheck was starting to be taken out of my account. If I knew this was going to continue I wouldn't have deposited my check. You guys handle this for a living, why could I get better advice from you or just stop giving them my money all together. I don't feel safer with Midland, and I'll change this message if things get better.

This bank is okay. Staff are friendly. But the Drive-thur take forever and it always has long lines. It quicker to just go inside.

Station Street location Monday 2/15 ATM cash withdrawal feature “temporarily unavailable”. The reason I got their debit card was to get cash when bank is closed! Had to drive to Kennedy Drive location to get cash. If certain locations won’t maintain their ATMs, TAKE THEM OUT !!!!!!

I bank at HomeStar and normally use the Bourbonnais branch or the Bradley branch today for convenience since I was in Kankakee I stopped in to the station street HomeStar. The 3 different people I had to deal with in the drive up was not only of no service to me, they new nothing of the services of HomeStar! I've dealt with HomeStar for several years and the only 3 problems I've ever had have all came from the Kankakee branch. I would recommend HomeStar as a whole, but I would NEVER use the Kankakee branch. From my experience, I could have driven to the Bradley branch, been treated respectfully, and done my business WITHOUT all the headaches the Kankakee branch has to offer! All the while, snickering amongst themselves behind the glass! If possible, take the short drive to Bradley and be treated right! If that's not possible, get a different bank and save yourself the headache!

The staff is just very rude. When homestar switched from homestar to midland that was a mistake especially switching staff from homestar to new staff from midland. Just issue after issue and its very upsetting. They do not value their customers like homestar did.
