Tl;dr
Horrible service, arbitrarily early cutoff window to extort more money from your account for overdraft fees, will treat you as if you are handicapped when requesting help.
Hit me for an overdraft charge for a negative $2.60 on my account, allowed a second purchase to go through and take me further into the negative, billed me the subsequent day two overdraft fees (totaling $60), despite me having 2 pending deposits the day of, that would take me into the positive, because they wouldn't process until after 2 p.m, a point in time most working class people work until after, during the work week.
When I arrived to discuss the problem, and ask for help, I was met by a younger women who seemed nice, but also appeared to be new. She got someone more senior, who explained to me they don't prevent ach transactions from taking a negative account further negative, all while glaring at me, and speaking to me as if had committed some kind of crime.
She then went further into detail about the cut off window.
I've also had many other previous bad experiences, several previous instances of coming in to ask for help with my account, only to be met instantly with "Oh, someone's trying to scam you, etc, etc. Were you on the correct website?etc, etc" instead of treating me like a competent person who knows how to use a computer, and answering my question.
