Although I am a first-time homebuyer, I did shop around and ended up pulling out of a deal that didn’t have my best interest at heart. Michelle has made me feel confident and comfortable with this huge undertaking from the start. He’s friendly, open and honest and very helpful. The two experiences have been like night and day. I’m glad for my experiences because I know how valuable it is to have a great team in place and Michelle has made this process truly a dream come true!

The communication was great. Helping me understand different terminology and what I was signing was great. They worked with me understanding my schedule and being not being able to respond right away. The process was not as scary as I thought. The team was awesome as a whole!
