New young girl at the window does not know what she is doing whatsoever, either she’s stealing money, or she’s terrible at counting.. when I went to deposit money we counted the money at home 3 times, and when we went there was 50$ missing and she was rude, never had issues with this bank until this girl started working there. When I called to talk to someone about issues of the deposits I had made, they started asking for my information which I gave them my name and yet said I had to come in and they wouldn’t give information or help over the phone. Maybe reconsider finding a new bank.

All the staff are so professional and friendly. Many times I feel uncomfortable entering a banking establishment because the tellers all stand there and stare at you. But here at first bankers. They greet you as soon as you come in the door it makes such a difference

I traded a vehicle for a motorcycle that was financed at First Bankers Trust in Macomb. Worst experience of my life ! I waited over a month to receive a title from them, it was just sitting at their bank waiting on one signature from the original owner. Amy B. there, decided to go on vacation and not get the title signed before she left. So needless to say, I had a motorcycle sitting in my garage for almost 5 weeks because title needed one signature from First Bankers Trust. I had to call them repeatedly and only on the 3rd attempt did they actually send me the title over a month later ! They never apologized or anything, I would suggest NOT using this bank for anything .
