Kim, the branch manager, and all of her team members (at all of the branches that she manages) have and constantly continue to go above and beyond for their customers. The level of kindness and professionalism that her and her team exhibits is beyond measure. Once again this week, in the middle of a nation wide COVID 19 pandemic, Kim was able to successfully make banking and managing financial accounts possible and stress free for me! Her reassurance and can do attitude is what sets her and her team apart from many. Thank You to Kim and all of your TEAM for all that you do! We as a community are Blessed to have you!

I am grateful for the professional yet personal attention given at each translation accomplished both inside or at the drive through. I recently spoke with one of the bankers about opening an account for a friend. She was very understanding and helpful. My friend will definitely open his bank account with United Community Bank.

I'm not from Macomb; I am actually from Central Illinois, and I am attending WIU. Just recently, my bank account at home got hacked, and I had no access to my funds from there. I recently got a check from a small gig I am doing, and even though it wasn't the required $100, they were willing to accommodate with me. Cheryl was absolutely kind and understanding of my situation, and she got me signed up and squared away. Because of this, I was able to pay a couple small bills. You guys definitely have a permanent member to your bank now. Thank you guys so much.

I had a very good experience here today! (05/19) Kim and the lady she was training for the Colchester Branch (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both very nice and had great customer service! Even though she was training, the process was not very long at all and they made conversation with me while doing the process and made me feel welcome as a new customer!

HORRIBLE inconvenient bill pay service that takes forever to get payment to the recipient! Change bill pay companies please. What is the point of bill pay if it takes a week to get the payment out. Slower than mailing regular mail myself.
