This bank is in a VERY good location. I've gotten great use out of being located near places many people have to go. It has excellent customer service as well!

The bank hasn't let the payment go through for an expensive camera so I called to get that sorted before trying to buy again. Cathy was extremely rude, interrupted me several times, and didn't even find the issue.... just "nope, don't see it, bye".... very bad customer service from her. Just because you're having a bad day, doesn't mean be rude to people on the phone...

The worst so far wish i could find another bank right now ...daughter has separate account there and they took money from MY account instead of hers ...their excuse is she is part owner of my account which is untrue...I signed her on mine for POD ONLY...it stated it on the paperwork as well when we had put our accounts separate..since she had no funds to draw from they took it from MINE!!!WHAT A JOKE!! They should of told her she didnt have funds to draw from not draw from another individual account...idiots

Wow a 2.3 rating doesn't surprise me. First time dealing with this bank and its not meant for some one with a job.

This bank is a joke if any other business was run this way they would not make it. I schedule a bill to be paid and it takes 3-4 business days. I have an account with another bank and it literally takes a minute for paid bills to show up. The ATM is dangerously slow I'm always afraid when using it I will be attacked while waiting 5 minutes for it to load.
