No professionalism has been displayed, since Soy Capital bank was purchased from First Mid Bank. I have no trust in them managing my monies. The staff/employees are very rude and unprofessionalism is the mission they display when I'm in need of service. We pulled out our cash and I suggest you do the same A.S.A.P.

If you can avoid banking here, definitely avoid it. I wish I could give them negative stars! We have had problem after problem. We overdrew a little but made sure to deposit money in our account to bring it back in the clear before the cut off time and still got charged an overdraft fee. When I asked them why they tried telling me it was because it wasn't until after the time, even though I have a screenshot ofy account showing it was made before cut off time. They still will do nothing about it. This definitely isn't the first problem. I will be finding a new bank quickly. If you bank with them, boycott them! Terrible!

Just a couple months ago i started receiving random service charges to one of my accounts. They were never for the same amount any of the months it happened. I called to inquire about the charges and was informed that they were taking $3 a month for not having paperless banking. This was news to me since when i set up my online banking for my accounts i signed them all up to be paperless. Let's also not mention the fact that i haven't been receiving statements in the mail. So after sitting on hold all they could tell me is they could sign me up for paperless banking and there is nothing they could do about the $3 charge. I'm still hung up on the fact that it hasn't been just a $3 charge. It's been my last $1.33 in the account this month and last month it was my last $2.27. The charge always takes my balance down to $0. But whatever i guess I'm just stupid and they were taking $3.

This bank is horrible! I deposit checks and it doesn't even show that I deposited for 2 days. I have deposited cash at 10 a.m. and it didn't get credited til the next day. They do this deliberately to try to get an overdraft and charge $38. I have had it with this bank! They do everything they can to rip you off!

Worst bank in the Midwest numerous system design flaws. Unable/ unwilling to fix or deal with any issues any other typical bank would handle with ease

Lukas was amazing as I couldn't get Zelle and First Mid Bank app to connect. He was patient and understanding and had to make a couple calls to get it done. Lukas said that he was going to follow-up today regarding the link was complete and he followed through on that promise!

I've banked here since the 70's. When i moved to Florida i still banked here. I've read some of the negative comments on here and all i have to say is "not me." I like my bank, i've been witness to all the growing and branching out this bank has done over all those years and it's all been good.
