I'm an insurance agent. FIF is very good company to work with. Very competent. People who leave bad reviews need to understand that payments for canceled policies is not FIF fault, it takes time for insurance companies to send a refund and you need to address that to your agent. When FIF receives money, they send it to clients very quick. I know as we have hundreds of clients financed here.

This Company is horrible. Not only do they give 0 help in an economic crisis and pandemic, but their employees, Samantha L Klopack and Jason R. Citro are the antithesis of customer service. There agent charged me $200+ more than they said they would inputting a phone payment to my monthly finance. Samantha immediately tried to push the mistake off their Company and when I asked her supervisor Jason for a simple response on what would happen with the excess money all he had was sarcasm. Didnʻt follow up with any customer service complaints because itʻs clear this is just their corporate culture.

Wow, Looks like everyone has the same experience when working with this company. Combined with the insurance broker, the entire process was manipulative and predatory.
