Been banking there for years. Friendly tellers & staff. Offers loans for various things, checking & savings, typical bank things.

I have had so many issues with this bank and their customer service representatives are the absolute worst! They failed to send me a debit card for weeks and they had my correct address. Anytime I have an issue and have to call support I cringe because it's always a ditzy uninformed girl that is literally NEVER any help.
Save yourself some aggregation and annoyance by choosing a better bank with a legit customer service department.

Was told information that was incorrect and instead of honoring their word and valuing their customers, I pay for it. Closed the account. Explains the rating. What a shame. Can't trust everyone and the promises they make. You pay for their incompetence. Yikes. Just beware.

Since changeover this bank is useless. Everything has to be sent elsewhere for approvals. No one ever answers phone half the time. Online banking is never up to date if working at all. Majority of the workers have went elsewhere. Lost its hometown value. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Update. Just stopped by to get a debit card printed and I waited 30 minutes for the girl, Morgan, that was supposed to be printing my card to go to lunch. They're still the worst.

Good customer service. Little or no waiting time. Good drive up facilities. Good on-line banking app with detailed information.

Unethical place of business. Customer service is very poor. My wife was given false information by an employee then the bank refused to honor it. Then we recieve a call from the bank saying yes it was our fault but you still suffer the consequences. Last time I ever do business with any first mid!🤮 …
