Jeff was amazing and very helpful. If you’re in need of a loan, I recommend going to world finance. I usually don’t do loans, only if I’m in serious need. Jeff took time to explain everything to me in detail and I was in and out within minutes. I really appreciate the help. Thank you Jeff.

I applied for them and literally got the run around for 5 days. Had to drive 20 minutes away just to close on my loan! I understand short staff is an issue at most businesses BUT when u say you're going to call me back constantly and never do is very unprofessional! Jeff acted as if he had an attitude every time I called to get updates on my application (which has already been approved) Told me he was going on lunch and will call me after he got back to go over whatever that needed to be. Never called back! I still wouldn't have gotten my money if I didn't call the Pekin office. They got me in and out with NO ISSUES! Considering I already uploaded EVERYTHING online to make the process quicker and easier! Here it is 6:10 pm and I called Jeff at 12pm. Ridiculous!

Melissa is always so nice and helpful everytime I speak with her. She even sends me reminders as I am disabled. She is wonderful. I'm very thankful for all her help! This place is very nice. Melissa is very nice and polite. She has been really helpful multiple times and you can count on her. Come there to get taxes done also.
