Worst bank experience I've ever had. This is the only bank I've ever dealt with that acts like my money is their money. And as far as online banking goes. Good luck!!! You get a run around from the bank to contact Shazam. And Shitzam tell you to contact your financial institution. I'm leaving and going to another bank.
But if you need a loan, top notch service. I guess this explains why they're in separate buildings.

Waited three days after a deposit of $65 and went to the ATM to get $40. The ATM gave me the money then they decided to switch up the order of the transactions and charge me a fee! Twice! I deposited over a hundred dollars took out $60 and now I owe them $27! I’d do better off banking at Walmart

If zero stars was an option I’d give them a negative. They harass and steal and lock our money no matter what we do. Every single month it is the same problem. They lock cards cause they have nothing better to do. I’m not happy being harassed and my money kept from me. Months of complaining. The store manager of the branch should be fired for pathetic workmanship.
