I Love this branch. Small community feel with lots a friendly faces! Great advice and easy loan process. The manager, Shea, one of the best and easiest to work with! Thanks for all you guys do for the members!

They have closed their lobby for over a month because someone tested postive for covid at one of the branches. I can understand and appreciate that they want to keep everyone safe but the Plano location doesn't offer drive up services. It's really frustrating that they haven't opened back up or communicated when they plan to reopen. When I called to see what my options were because I needed more than just to make a deposit, I was told to drive 45 minutes to another branch. It's super inconvenient to drive that far when there are plenty of other banks and credit unions closer who are fully open.

I CAME IN HERE TO TO CASH A CHECK AND THEY SAID THE “MACHINE” WOULD NOT TAKE THE CHECK FOR THE REASON THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE WITH THE DATE & THEIR WOULD BE $5 FEE. I THEN HEADED OVER TO MY BANK (CHASE) & DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM. MY BANK ENDED UP CASHING THE CHECK FROM ILLINOIS COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION. BOTH STAFF MEMBERS WERE VERY RUDE & INCONSIDERATE.
FYI: I ARRIVED 5 MINUTES BEFORE OPEN TIME & REFUSED TO OPEN THE DOORS UNTIL EXACTLY 8:3OAM.
