Midland States Bank, Princeton, IL

The teller named L B failed to sign the cashiers check that was made out to me. I drove a half hour back to the bank to have it signed. I thought that it would have been good manners for L B to apologize for her mistake but that did not happen. So sad.

We have used this bank for years. They are always helpful. I like seeing the same people every time, makes it feel like they are part of the community.
